Channel Marketing Manager

Sapho is tripling productivity and effectiveness by putting personalized and relevant tasks and information at employees’ fingertips. We’re looking for a channel marketing manager to join our Marketing team in San Bruno.

The ideal candidate is an energetic and dedicated channel marketing professional with broad experience with channel marketing programs, demand generation, launch activities, event management, and communications. This role will report to our VP of Marketing and will collaborate with product and sales teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of all channel marketing and demand generation programs, working closely with partners as well as the marketing and sales teams
  • Create and deliver innovative channel programs that increase awareness, generate leads, strengthen customer/channel relationships, and builds sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute channel enablement and education plans
  • Responsible for developing and sending partner communications on an ongoing basis
  • Execute partner events and conferences
  • Provide clear definition of success and communicate status against defined goals to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure channel programs provide consistent Sapho branding and messaging, and properly educate and inform on Sapho solutions
  • Design and build content assets such as landing pages and email marketing campaigns
  • Follow channel programs through to completion by importing leads into Hubspot, routing leads to sales, monitoring follow up of leads, and completing post-program ROI analysis
  • Participate in channel social media programs
  • Manage channel programs on time and on budget

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech B2B channel marketing role, preferably in marketing enterprise software
  • Thorough marketing background with responsibilities for multiple, broad based marketing initiatives
  • Strong track record of using expertise and creativity for innovative marketing recommendations and solutions to drive measurable results
  • Demonstrated willingness to work as a member of a team and interface appropriately and effectively with colleagues and vendors to accomplish company goals and objectives
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; must excel under pressure and with minimal supervision; must have a high degree of initiative and work with a keen sense of urgency
  • Not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results
  • Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent project management skills
