Adobe Sign, an Adobe Document Cloud solution is a cloud-based, enterprise-class e-signature service that lets you replace paper and ink signature processes with fully automated electronic signature workflows.

Sapho’s integration with Adobe Sign enables employees to easily manage signature processes, such as signing, scanning, reviewing, approving, or sending agreements right from Sapho.


What you can do with the Adobe Sign integration

Turnkey micro apps

Adobe Sign

  • Provides a filterable list of pending agreements with their corresponding agreement details and workflow history.
  • Provides a filterable list of submitted agreements with their corresponding agreement workflow history.
  • Provides access to e-signing workflows, such as signing, reviewing, or commenting on agreements. These workflows are available via Adobe Sign, which is displayed directly within Sapho in an iframe.

Event notifications

Users are notified if any of the following events occur:

  • New agreement(s) waiting for approval
  • Agreement status is updated

Write-back actions

We do not currently support write back actions for Adobe Sign. In order to maintain full functionality, the entire signature process, which includes signing, rejecting, or commenting on submitted agreements, occurs in a dedicated iframe within within Adobe Sign.

Note: The turnkey micro apps, event notifications, and write-back actions listed on this page are completely extensible and are provided for informational purposes only. Customers are able to create their own micro apps and include event triggers that are most important to them.
