Integrate Humanity with Sapho Employee Experience Portal to manage employee shift information for hourly workers on any device, intranet, or messenger

Humanity lets you perform administrative shift management operations, such as trading requests, PTO requests, and manager approvals.

Sapho’s integration with Humanity enables hourly workers to view their upcoming shifts and request to work available shifts. In addition, managers have the ability to approve shift requests and assign employees to incomplete shifts. Using our pre-built micro app templates, organizations can notify groups of frontline workers about new shifts available to pick up or notify managers about upcoming shifts that are not fully covered.

  • Approve or reject requests and assign employees to a shift right from the micro app.

Event notifications

Employees are notified if any of the following events occur:

  • A new shift is available to pick up

Managers are notified if any of the following events occur:

  • A new request is created for review
  • An upcoming shift is not fully covered

Write-back actions

Managers are able to perform the following actions in Humanity:

  • Approve a shift request
  • Assign an employee to a shift

Employees are able to perform the following actions in Humanity:

  • Submit a request to work a shift
