  • Provides a leaderboard that tracks the following: Revenue generation by Sales Rep, New Opportunities by Sales Rep, and Top Revenue Accounts.

  • Provides a personalized and searchable list of upcoming events, with account and contact details.

Event notifications

Users are notified if any of the following events occur:

  • A lead is assigned to the current user (Changed, New)
  • The status of a lead changes
  • An opportunity is assigned to the current user (Changed, New)
  • An opportunity status changes to Closed/Won
  • An opportunity status changes to Closed/Lost
  • A task reminder is set up
  • An appointment reminder  is set up

Write-back actions

Users are able to perform the following actions on Salesforce leads, cases, and opportunities:

  • Delete an appointment
  • Submit an appointment
  • Convert an assigned lead
  • Delete an assigned lead
  • Edit or update an assigned lead
